Features & Enhancements

Reporting Updates

• We have adjusted the date parameter of the Child Details report to allow for a weekly selection. This also allows the Child Details report to contain Attendance data, so we’ve added additional attendance parameters and clearer parameters for booked days and hours.

FamilyBoost

• We have created a new Quarterly Statements email template that will be used to either send Quarterly Statements automatically or via the Bulk Action feature. This template can be edited under Centre Setup > Templates.

Other Enhancements

• We’re now sending additional Health information through to Playground including Special Diet and Childhood Diseases/Diagnoses. Category I and Category III Medicines are being looked into by the Playground team.

Bug Fixes

• Further improvements have been made to the performance of Discover, focused on reducing speed issues customers experience on Monday mornings. 
• The Children Attendance and Child Weekly Attendance reports were swapped again. This has been resolved—again. 
• Some customers using Xplor Pay had payments sitting at the Cleared status when Discover should have been automatically creating a receipt and changing the status. This has been resolved. 
• Some users were experiencing 500 Errors when viewing a Child Profile—this has been resolved.
• The Invoice/Statement line items that were in yellow have been revisited to ensure they’re still easy to read both digitally and when printed.
