We're committed to continuously improving Discover and have some exciting updates to share with our services this week.
These features will be available as of Thursday, 26 February.
- Enrolment Agreement Form: We’ve updated the way enrolment details appear when printed. Information now fits neatly on each page, with clear and consistent formatting across multiple pages. Making it easier for kaiako and administrators to review and share enrolment.
- Credit Notes: Credit notes and invoices now update instantly whenever a discounted holiday is removed or when adjustments are made to a previously invoiced week. This ensures charges and credits always reflect the most up‑to‑date attendance information, providing clear and accurate records for services.
- Child Details Report: The header has been refined to ensure it now displays cleanly and accurately across the platform.
