Discover Release Notes 12 February 2026

We’re committed to continuously improving Discover and have some system enhancements to share with our services this week.

These features will be available as of Thursday, 12 February.

Enrolment Agreement Form: Fixed an issue where enrolment details were being cut off at the top or bottom of printed pages. Enrolments now fit correctly within the page and display consistently across multiple pages.
Credit Notes: Credit notes and invoices now update immediately when a discounted holiday is removed or when changes are made to an already invoiced week, ensuring charges and credits always reflect the latest attendance details.
Footer Copyright Year Updated: Footer copyright text across the site has been refreshed to show the latest year, including the dashboard footer, which now displays ‘2026 Xplor Technologies'.
Child Details Report: Removed an extra character from the header so it now displays correctly.
