We’re committed to continuously improving Discover and have some system enhancements to share with our services this week.
These features will be available as of Thursday, 15 January.
- Staff Details Report: Fixed an issue where the Staff Details Report failed to run when the ID 1 or ID 2 fields were selected. The report can now be generated successfully with these fields included, without any errors.
- Enquiry / Enrolment Widget: Fixed an issue where a parent's address and other entered details were not being saved when completing an enquiry or enrolment form. These details now populate correctly in the system and carry through during the payment setup process, ensuring parents can complete the process without missing information.
- Device Notification Reliability: Improved notification handling so that devices that can no longer receive notifications are automatically removed. This ensures notifications continue to be delivered reliably to other active devices at the service, without interruption or repeated failures.
- Change Enrolled Times Functionality: Fixed an issue where updating enrolment times could fail due to enrolment type handling. Enrolment times can now be updated smoothly without errors, and existing enrolment details remain unchanged.
- Child Details Report: An issue causing the Child Details report to omit data for some selected services has been resolved. Reports are now generated and emailed correctly for all selected services, across different date ranges, without skipping any services.
- Performance Improvement (Centre Form): Performance issues affecting the loading of centre form data were reviewed and analysed. Areas causing delays were identified, and improvements were implemented to ensure faster and more reliable retrieval of form information.
Roll Call: An issue where the option to sign a roll call was non-responsive has been resolved.
