Attendance: Recording Attendance When a Child Leaves and Returns During Booked Times

Child Leaving and Returning on the Same Day

1. The person collecting the child signs them out as normal
(e.g. Sione is signed out at 9:45am)

2. When the child returns, the guardian signs them back in 

3.This will automatically create a note on the right-hand side of the attendance screen. 

Discover recognises the child has left the premises. Once they are signed back in, the system updates and funding applies as normal

4. At the end of the day, the child is signed out as usual
