Write off Outstanding Debt

Go to the Children Menu

Select the Child Name

Select the account tab

Select Create Credit Note

Fill in the following:
Description
Amount (inc tax)
Transaction Date
Credit Type: Debt Write off
Select Create

Follow the process for any other accounts you need to write off.
