In Discover, you can link siblings together, allowing:
- Shared contact records
- Shared account information
- Sibling discounts to be easily applied
Linking Siblings
If the first child is already attending the centre and you are adding a second child, navigate to the first child's profile and on the Siblings tab, click Create New.
The new child will have all the contacts connected to the first child automatically linked. There has to be at least one common Contact that is the same for each child and it must be a parent/guardian.
If you have manually created the child in Discover, please ensure that when adding contacts you choose "Add Existing Contact".
Search for the parents/families then from the Siblings tab "Link Sibling" and save.
