Navigating to the Childrens tab within the Discover platform, administrators are able to view a snapshot of the child booking information, search profiles and manually create a child profile.
To Navigate the dashboard:
1. Filter the children view via status.
Future: Have a start date in the future
Waiting: Children listed on the waitlist at the centre
Enquiry: Children who are in an enquiry status and not yet enrolled or with a future start date
Past: Children who have a historic enrolment at the centre but no longer attend
2. The number of records that are viewed on the dashboard. Admins can select from:
- 15
- 25
- 50
- 75
- 100
- 500
3. Search bar. Administrators can search a child or bill payers name to filter their view to that child/family.
4. Data View. This row on the Children Dashboard provides admin with the categories of data they can see within this screen.
Child Name: The full name of the child enrolled
Bill Payer(s): The full names of the bill payer/payers for this child's account
Room: The room in which this child is enrolled within the centre
Status:
- Booked - child is booked for a session today
- Enrolled - child is Enrolled to commence at the centre for the current week
- Arrived - child has been on site since the displayed time
- Left - child was here and left at the displayed time
Monday-Sunday
The sessions the child is booked to attend based on their enrolment with the centre.
5. Create New: Administrators are able to create child profiles manually using this button.
