Payments
- We have added a Default Billing Day under Centre Settings > Centre Details tab > Invoice Settings.
This will allow services using Xplor Pay to pick the default day that bill payers will have their payment sent through for processing. This also separates the billing process from the invoicing process, meaning invoicing can run on alternative days to billing. When the billing day is reached, Discover will send through the Amount Owing on the bill payer’s account.
- Any payments scheduled for particular days will be sent through to Xplor Pay by Debit Success for processing that morning, reducing the time it takes for the billing cycle to be complete. Previously, if invoicing were run in the afternoon, it would send the payment to Xplor Pay, but the payment wouldn’t be processed until the following day. Now that invoicing and billing are separate, payments are sent to Debit Success just before the processing cycle starts.
- We have also added a Custom Billing Day under the Bill Payer. This allows services using Xplor Pay to configure a mutually beneficial billing day for bill payers who might get paid on a different day than the Default Billing Day.

User Interface Changes
Home App Sign-In/Out
Families can quickly sign a child/children in and out from the Sign-In tab (the default tab).
Using the Home app, Parents/Guardians can sign their child/children in and out of their booked sessions within a service through the following steps:
- Select “Sign-In/Out” from the Sign-In tab (at the bottom of the screen).
- Scan the QR code on the HUB within your service (if it's your first time using the Home app, you'll need to give permission for the app to access your phone’s camera).
- Once scanned, the Home app screen will display the child/children's profiles with booked sessions. They can be signed in by toggling the switch on. To sign a child out, toggle the switch off on the screen. Select “Confirm?” once complete.
- You’re done!
Inbox
The inbox has now been moved to the ‘Account’ tab.
The Inbox screen contains three sub-tabs: Messages, Admin Posts and Notifications.
