Discover

Payroll

• We have released a new export format for the Workday payroll. This can be found in Reports > Staff Reports > Staff Payroll Export.

ECE Census

• We have added a Refresh Data button to the Staff Activity panel when preparing the census submission. This is intended to allow users to edit multiple staff profiles in other tabs and then force a refresh on the Census tab. Do not use this if you have edited staff data on the Census Submission page - there is an additional refresh button on the individual staff editor that will pop up. 
  
• We have added a refresh button on the pop-up window when editing a staff member’s data. This is for use when you’ve edited the staff member’s profile in another tab, but the data is not coming through to the census submission page.
  
• If there is missing attendance or unrecorded roster activity for a specific date, you can now click the button inside the yellow warning panel to be taken directly to the earliest date that needs fixing.
• We have made the staff editor in the census submission page easier to use by having it open in a pop-up window similar to the other sections of the submission. 
• For Home-based administrators, when clicking on the “create rosters from enrolments” link in the blue information panel, there is feedback from Discover explaining what will happen. The user will be told in the same alert whether the creation of rosters for that week was successful or unsuccessful. Additionally, we have removed the redirect that was in place that took users to the dashboard after clicking that link. 

Payments

(Available Now)

• For centres using Debit Success, the option of Pay Now can be turned off or on for all users under Payments > Integrations. This is a global setting that will affect any parents or guardians using Home for that centre. Please
  remember that a bill payer does not have to have payment details saved in order to pay via Pay Now.

Pay Parity

(Available Now)

• The ability to remove pay parity steps has been added to the Pay Parity tracking feature under the Staff Settings tab. Additional validation has also been put in to prevent adding two pay parity steps on the same date, negative numbers or decimal points.

Bug Fixes

• We have fixed some grammatical and spelling errors in the census submission pages. 
• Reminders to parents/guardians that have already confirmed children’s attendances via EAV have been stopped. 
• The hash total for the Home-based Educator Payment report is now included if the “BNZ” button is clicked. 
• The Date of Entry on re-enrolments has been adjusted to ensure it’s detecting the correct date if the re-enrolment has happened after six months or more.

• We have implemented additional logic in the funding calculations if a child has more than one booking a day to ensure the maximum amount of funding claimed for that day is six hours. 
• If a service has multiple centres, clicking on the overall Staff MOE ratio percentage on the Roster Sheet will now take users to the Centre Funding Report for the correct centre. 
• A slight change has been made to ensure Discover doesn’t show pre-cutover hours in the RS7 reports. This change is related to marking some pre-cutover days as Emergency Closure rather than Holidays in the Centre Calendar. 
• The Staff Hours by Activity report should now calculate the correct totals based on the No Leave/ All Leave options selected on the report modifier. 
• We have fixed some errors in the PDF that users can download to help set up their enquiry/enrolment widgets. 
• Saving the Age From/To field when editing a Room has been fixed.
• The Child Immunisation report now correctly populates.
• EAV reminders will no longer go to non-Primary Carers.

This release contains a significant update that allows Playground web users the ability to search documentation through the filter of All Files, Draft, Published and Folders. This update ensures our Playground users are able to quickly locate documentation relevant to them in a timely manner.
