We have some exciting updates to share with our services. You can add additional subscribers to our emailed release notes here.
These features will be available to customers from 16th March 2023.
Frequent Absences
- An additional option to the Absence Exemptions report has been added to show children that do not have a frequent absence exemption against them. This will help administrators see any children enrolled after a bulk absence exemption is applied to catch any that might need updating.
- We’ve moved the tables explaining the Frequent Absence report above the report itself and made them collapsible. For new users, this means it’s quicker to understand, and for users confident with the report, it takes up less screen real estate.
Roster
- We’ve rolled back the change to the 15-minute increment hover on the Roster Sheet in the ECE Qualified row. This will now calculate how it did prior to the update in v1.23.1. As a new improvement, we’ve added an additional check that displays over the Ratio Percentage in the top left corner. This will check against the centre license and tell you if you’re meeting the 50% Qualified Teacher ratio as an additional line in the hover explanation in the top left corner of the Roster Sheet.
Bug Fixes
- When the Centre Balance report is run for multiple centres, the attachments in the email will be named with the correct centres. Additionally, if the report is run for a different centre than what the user is logged in to, Discover will correctly return the report for the selected centre rather than the one the user is actively logged in to.
- We’ve patched some timeout issues that prevented users from accessing Playground.
- We’ve applied a fix for credit notes that have been created and reversed on some accounts.
- We've removed the extra blank page from the attestation form.
- Reversed transactions should not show on accounts unless the “Show Reversed Transactions” button is clicked.
- The error when composing and sending a new message to Kaiako via Home (rather than responding) has been resolved.
