Pay Parity Tracking


  • The field “Previously Contributing Hours” has added validation to prevent saving numbers with decimal places. The reason for not accepting decimal places for hours is so administrators don’t have to calculate minutes (a factor of 60) into decimals (a factor of 100). 

Bulk Communication

  • We’ve made the list in Bulk Communication sort alphabetically.

Centre Funding Summary

  • For the Centre Funding Summary, sometimes administrators are thrown off by calculations that are estimating the return because of missing Funding Advancements. We’ve added a warning panel that explains if you haven’t added in your Funding Advancements for that period, the calculation may not be accurate.

Pay by Direct Credit

  • We’ve added a checkbox in the Pay by Direct Credit report to select specific bill payers you want included in the Export to BNZ function. If no bill payers are selected, none will be included in the export. Alternatively, you can select all or just a few and export those. 
  • For any bill payers missing bank details, they will not be included in the export at all.


Bug Fixes

  • Some staff Sign-in and Sign-out times recorded on the tablet were disappearing if roster tasks were added in between the recorded sign-in/out times. We’ve done some work on this to resolve multiple scenarios, but there still might be some that slip through. These changes only apply if the Centre Setting under Roster Settings called “Stop Updates Last Task Only” is unchecked.
  • Contacts marked as Emergency Contacts will now require a mobile phone number entered if enrolling via the widget. This change will also reflect on the admin screen of an Emergency Contact. We estimate this should have minimal impact, as 99.55% of emergency contacts in Discover already have a phone number saved.
  • The blank enrolment form had some sections not showing, which have been fixed.
  • The wording has been updated on the enrolment form surrounding official identity. 
  • When an enquiry is moved into a visitor enrolment via the tablet or if a visitor enrolment is filled out on the tablet, the contact will receive the correct email template (Access Pin). Additionally, the second email template (Visitor Enrolment) gets sent correctly. 
  • New enquiries for Playcentres no longer generate PINs against those contacts.
  • Sessions are correctly being picked up if the session day matches the requested day.

Playground

Printing: Includes the data and the educator's name on observation prints
Printing is a very commonly used feature and provides the ability to print the observations as a copy to reflect, plan and share. Printouts will now have the option to include the date of the observation and the name of the educator/teacher when printing, providing more flexibility in the printing experience.
