We’re committed to continuously improving Discover and have some exciting updates to share with our services this week.

You can add additional subscribers to our emailed release notes here.

These fixes will be available to customers from 22nd June 2023

Bug Fixes

  • We have decoupled the “Direct Debits/Credits with My Bank” option under Integrations so centres can use both this option and Debit Success (or Ezypay).
  • We have removed the extra blank page in print view in the Daily Sign In report.
  • The enrolment form should correctly load the original start date if the child re-enrols within six months. Additionally, if the child re-enrols outside of six months, then the enrolment form will show the new start date.
  • Parents are no longer getting unverified attendance emails if attendance has already been verified.
  • Waitlisted children show correctly on the Management Analysis report.
  • The Attendance Verification report will correctly update if the child has been booked with multiple educators if the attendance has been verified.
  • Some minor adjustments have been made to the webhook that displays enrolment end dates.

Home

(These features were released 13th June 2023)

The HOME App navigation and content has been reorganised so that highly used features are brought into the main navigation for ease of use. Additionally, messages and notifications have been consolidated into one place, so users can find all messages and notifications in a central location.

Main Screen

The Xplor logo was updated in the splash screen.

Navigation Menu (Bottom)

Previously, the bottom navigation bar contained Learning, Health, Sign in/Out, Bookings, and Accounts.

Now, it contains Care, Inbox, Bookings, Finance, and Account.

Care

The Care tab contains all the features of the previous Learning tab, plus a summary health section. Clicking on each item in the health section takes the user to the previous health dashboard.

Inbox

The Inbox tab contains three sub-tabs called Messages, Admin Posts, and Notifications. They were previously located in the Accounts tab.

Finance

The Finance tab is essentially the previous Account dashboard located in the Accounts tab. However, we have added a new screen to show the account summaries of all the centres your children attend.

Menu

When there are unread communications within any of the Messages, Admin Posts and Notifications tabs, there will be a green dot in the bottom menu on ‘Inbox’ indicating there is a new communication/s in either Messages, Admin Posts or Notification.

Inbox

Once the user selects/taps on ‘Inbox’ in the bottom menu, there is a green dot on the individual tabs indicating there are unread communications in the relevant tab (Messages, Admin Posts and Notifications).

If user a reads an unread message and comes back to the tab it will remove the unread message indicator if there are no more unread messages.
