Quarterly Statement for FamilyBoost and Bulk Action
Per the FamilyBoost reporting period beginning 1 October, Discover has automated the process of sending quarterly statements to parents in line with IRD’s reporting requirements. Account holders will then be able to upload these statements through MyIR to receive FamilyBoost payments.
Automatic quarterly statements will be sent at the following cadence:
1 Oct
1 Jan
1 Apr
1 Jul
In addition, a new Bulk Action, Send Quarterly Statement, allows services to select specific account holders to send the quarterly statement if required.
The automation can be turned on/off by navigating to Centre Setup > Centre Settings > Invoice Settings and toggling the option to Automate FamilyBoost Statements.
If the automation is turned off, services will need to manually send the quarterly statement to parents using the Send Quarterly Statement Bulk Action.
