Discover Release Notes 26 February

We're committed to continuously improving Discover and have some exciting updates to share with our services this week.

These features will be available as of Thursday, 26 February.

• Enrolment Form (V3): Users can now stay signed in longer, are clearly notified when their session expires, and can continue submitting enrolment forms without getting stuck on loading screens. Error messages are clearer, and creating or adding multiple children through the enrolment form works more reliably.
• Charge Type Analysis V2 Report: Records are now correctly separated by centre, values shown match the selected centre, and reports load more reliably even with large amounts of data.
• Print Attestation Form: Fixed an issue where the print window did not open after saving an enrolment when using Edit Week, ensuring attestations can now be printed as expected.
• Credit Note: Improved reliability of credit note creation by automatically retrying when failures occur and preventing duplicate credit notes.
• Flexible Debit Success billing schedules in Discover

Centres can now configure custom billing schedules for Debit Success payments.

Billing frequency can be set to weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, and bill payers can choose their own billing cycle where needed. This allows billing to better align with invoicing and family payment preferences. 

A new Billing Plan configuration area is now available:

• Payments → Integrations (centre default settings)
• Bill Payer screen (individual billing plans)

To activate a billing plan, select:

• Frequency
• Payment day (or billing date for monthly)
• Start week

Once active, payments will be scheduled automatically based on the selected billing frequency.
